Meet Caroline

My journey with Kundalini Yoga began during one of the most difficult periods of my life.

As an immigrant navigating a new culture, grieving the loss of a loved one, healing from heartbreak, and facing public criticism in a space where I felt deeply vulnerable — I found myself in emotional territory that many of us fear to enter.

I was never taught how to handle such intensity — not mentally, emotionally, or energetically. And yet, it was Kundalini Yoga that helped me stay connected to myself through it all.

It became a lifeline. A sacred key. A private practice that gave me strength, clarity, and a sense of joy — even in the darkest moments.

Since 2016, Kundalini Yoga has been my daily companion.

It has helped me feel the taste of life again — the subtle joy, the quiet strength, the deep presence that doesn’t leave you, no matter what you’re going through.

For many years, I thought this practice would remain sacred and private — something I would keep just for myself. But life had other plans.

In one of my deep spiritual ceremonies with sacred plant medicine — a space where I’ve also done a great deal of healing — I asked the question:

“How can I serve?”

The answer came clearly:

“You must share this practice. It’s not just for you.”

So here I am.

Not because I’ve mastered something — but because I’ve walked through the fire with this technology in my hands.

And I want to walk with you — wherever you are in your journey.

Alongside my personal practice and transformation, I became a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher,

graduated from Kundalini University with Guru Singh

and trained at the Integrative Kundalini Yoga Academy.

My Work: A Blended Approach

My work brings together three powerful streams of practice:

  • Integrative Kundalini Yoga

  • Traditional Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi    Bhajan
  • Manifestation-Focused Yogic Tools

Each person’s journey is unique — that’s why I don’t follow a rigid formula.
Instead, I weave these traditions intuitively, offering exactly what is needed in each moment: grounding, clarity, emotional release, or energetic expansion.

Integrative Kundalini Yoga

This is a gentle, body-aware, and trauma-informed path.

It blends somatic techniques, breathwork, and energy practices to support sustainable inner transformation.

Key elements include:

  • Emotional healing through movement and breath

  • Nervous system regulation and grounding

  • A compassionate space to release trauma and soften into the body

  • Conscious activation of energy without overwhelm

Traditional Kundalini Yoga (Yogi Bhajan Lineage)

This stream offers structured kriyas, potent mantras, and breathwork designed to awaken higher consciousness, strengthen the aura, and clear the subconscious.

These practices are deeply activating and empowering when approached with awareness and respect for their depth.

Yoga for Manifestation

This approach focuses on aligning your vibration with your vision.

Through intention, breath, and energy work, we shift your inner state to attract the life you’re ready to live.

I don’t teach a “style” — I hold space for transformation.
Sometimes structure is needed. Sometimes softness.
Sometimes we root down. Sometimes we rise.
This is Kundalini reimagined for real life — embodied, modern, and alive with purpose.
Wherever you are on your path — you’re welcome here.
I would be honored to walk beside you.”
